• Karen Delano lives on Onondaga Hill with her husband Steve and their two children, Maggie and Will. Karen is a graduate of Nazareth College with a B.A. in Sociology with emphasis on Early Childhood/Elementary Education/Child Psychology. Before becoming director at PBNS, Karen was a substitute teacher at PBNS for four years and taught at Village Nursery School in Fayetteville.

• Jennifer Gilmartin lives on Onondaga Hill with her husband Bob and their three sons, Jack, Ryan and Luke. Jen is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Literacy (Birth through Grade 6). Before becoming director at PBNS, Jen has been a substitute teacher at PBNS for the past four years. She has substitute taught at Solvay Elementary, St. Charles School, Most Holy Rosary School and Liverpool Elementary School. In addition, she is a member of the International Reading Association and is a board member of Onondaga Free Library.
